Philip L. Leggett, MD, is a board certified laparoscopic and bariatric surgeon in practice in Houston, with more than 35 years of experience in the field. His work as a minimally invasive surgeon is internationally recognized, and he’s the author of numerous medical publications.
After getting his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Leggett earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston before completing his general surgery residency at the Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans.
